Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the battery pull-tabs, to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
